Pasta, a fast food typically made of unleavened dough of durum wheat flour mixed with water or eggs. Some pasta can be made using rice flour in place of wheat flour to produce a different taste and texture. After mixing the flour they are cooked by boiling or baking.

How to make pasta

There are many ways to make pasta. Some people have their own recipes and way to cook. We gonna show you how to make a common red sauce pasta. You can also make other pasta in this same procedure just change the cooking timing and toppings we mentioned above.

Ingredients/Recipe of Red Sauce Pasta

  • 225 gm boiled pasta penne
  • 3 cup water
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches powdered black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 400 gm boiled, peeled, chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon finely chopped basil

Procedure/how to make red sauce pasta

Boil your pasta

Pour water in the pan along with salt and 2 teaspoons of oil and let it boil. Add pasta in the boiling water for few minutes. When your its is ready, remove it and put over another pan.

Make Sauce for your pasta

To make a sauce for your pasta you need to heat oil in a pan over medium flame and put minced garlic along with red chili flakes and saute it for 2 minutes. After that, add the peeled tomatoes, basil, and parsley in the pan. Mix all the ingredients and let it simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken.

Add Sauce and other toppings in your pasta

Now add your boiled pasta in warm sauce and toss it carefully. Serve it immediately for best taste. You can also other kinds of toss toppings, depends on your own taste.
